Laina Washington
My name is Laina Washington. I'm Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the newspaper and a senior who enjoys reading, writing songs and poetry, and producing music. I'm a dedicated student, musician, sister, daughter, and granddaughter. There are several adjectives to describe me: goofy, shy, hardworking, compassionate, adventurous, and creative. I often help others before I help myself. Each year, I find that I grow wiser with age and realize that I will never stop learning and gaining knowledge. My main goals are to continue to dedicate myself to God, my family, and my passion. My dream is to help bring substance back to mainstream music and touch the lives of others through art, one song at a time.
